Description
The State of Nevada’s Aging and Disability Services Division (Adult Protective Services) seeks a qualified forensic‑medical specialist to review complex medical records of vulnerable adults, issue expert written opinions, and provide testimony when required. The contractor must begin analysis within three working days of request receipt and deliver a full report within ten working days. Services are billed on a single hourly rate that covers record review, report preparation, consultations, travel, and testimony. The award will be a four‑year contract with a modest annual case load (approximately 6‑12 cases per year).
• Perform forensic medical record review and produce expert written reports.
• Provide same‑day/next‑day consultations and optional courtroom testimony for criminal cases.
