Large Building Decarbonization Showcase Technical Contractor

The Colorado Energy Office (CEO) is seeking a technical contractor to support the implementation of the Large Building Decarbonization (LBD) Showcase program. The program aims to reduce emissions from large commercial buildings in Colorado by providing technical assistance and funding to building owners. The selected contractor will be responsible for conducting emissions reduction assessments, providing technical support to grantees, and developing case studies and compliance playbooks. The contractor will also be required to ensure compliance with federal requirements, including the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA) and the Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act. Key aspects of the job include: • Conducting emissions reduction assessments for up to 10 awardees • Providing technical assistance to grantees • Developing case studies and compliance playbooks • Ensuring compliance with federal requirements, including DBRA and BABA • Collaborating with the CEO and other stakeholders to achieve program goals
