156th Street Subarea - Bid Package #2 - Schram Road Improvements (24-10, 24-11 & 24-12)

Sarpy County is seeking a qualified contractor to construct road improvements to Schram Road from 168th Street to 156th Street, as well as 156th Street, between Fairview Road and ½ mile north of Capehart Road. The project includes clearing and grubbing, removals, grading, paving, sidewalks, trails, storm sewer, drainage structures, retaining walls, fencing, pavement markings and signing, seeding, BMPs, utility coordination, and temporary traffic control. The contract period of performance is 384 calendar days, and the project must be substantially complete by August 15th, 2027. • The project requires the contractor to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and tools necessary to complete the work. • The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection, labor, and safety. • The contractor must provide a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid price and a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the bid price. • The contractor must have experience with similar projects and provide references. • The contractor must comply with the residency verification requirements of Neb. Rev. Stat. §4-108 through §4-114.
