Description
The City of Toledo is seeking bids for the 2026 Residential Reconstruction Phase 4 project, which involves the reconstruction of residential roads throughout the city. The project requires the submission of various documents, including construction project paperwork, line items, bid guaranty, signed contract, child support affidavit, insurance certificate, and bureau of worker's compensation certificate. The successful bidder will be required to comply with the prevailing wage determinations and enter into a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) with the Northwest Ohio Building and Construction Trades Council.
• The project is estimated to be completed by November 1st.
• The bid guaranty shall be in the form of a bid bond or a certified check/cashier's check on a solvent bank.
• The bid submittal must include all required documents and must be submitted via e-bid through the City of Toledo's PlanetBids portal.
• The successful bidder must comply with all provisions of the PLA executed with the NWOBTC.
