Description
The Town of Millbury is seeking a qualified vendor to perform a roof restoration at the Senior Center, located at 1 River Street in Millbury, Massachusetts. The scope of work includes single ply restoration of the 2,700 SF EPDM flat roof section of the building and the removal and replacement of three whirlybird turbine vents with shingles. The project is subject to Massachusetts prevailing wage rates and the contractor must obtain all required local permits. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and eligible bidder. Key aspects of the project include:
