Description
The Nevada State Board of Nursing is seeking a vendor to provide Nursing Assistant Certification Examination services. The contract term is expected to be three years, and the vendor will be responsible for administering the examination to all program graduates in Nevada. The solicitation includes a scope of work, terms and conditions, and insurance requirements. Vendors must submit their proposals through nevadaepro.com and must include all required attachments, such as a technical proposal, cost proposal, and reference questionnaire. The evaluation criteria include demonstrated competence, experience, expertise, and conformance with the terms of the RFP.
• The vendor must agree to the terms of the standard form contract and insurance schedule.
• The vendor must provide a background, history, and qualifications to provide the services.
• The vendor must disclose any subcontractors and provide a vendor information response form for each subcontractor.
• The vendor must provide confidential business information, such as financial statements and disclosure of any alleged significant prior or ongoing contract failures.
