WWC 3RD FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM EXPANSION

The City of Cincinnati is seeking bids for the expansion of the 3rd-floor conference room at the WWC. The project involves demolishing an existing wall, relocating electric and data lines, reusing and relocating current doors, and moving the fire suppression system. The contractor will also need to replace flooring and cove base and paint/repair affected walls. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the City's Vendor Self Service system. • The bid includes the demolition of a metal stud construction wall with 5/8" fire-rated drywall. • The project requires the relocation of electric and data lines. • The contractor must reuse and relocate the current doors, which also requires moving the fire suppression system. • The flooring and cove base must be replaced, and all affected walls must be painted or repaired.
