Town Hall Exterior Restoration Project

The Town of Holden is seeking bids for the exterior restoration of the Holden Town Hall, a historic building. The project includes demolition of the existing concrete ramp, stair, and guard and handrail system, repair and preparation of exterior siding and trim for new painting, construction of a new concrete ramp and stair, and installation of a new guard and handrail system. The project also involves painting the entire exterior façade, with alternates for HVAC and granite step repair. Bidders must be DCAMM Certified in their respective trade. • The bid submission deadline is March 9, 2026, at 11:00 AM. • A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for February 18, 2026, at 11:00 AM, although attendance is not mandatory. • Sealed sub-bids for specific sections must be received by February 27, 2026, at 11:00 AM. • The town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive informalities in the bidding procedures.
