This solicitation invites qualified contractors to replace an existing bridge structure and perform associated incidental work along 167th Avenue SE, spanning the Sheyenne River in Cass County, ND. The project includes demolition of the existing structure, extensive earthwork, concrete sub‑structure and deck work, steel piling, prestressed box beams, guardrail installation, and a full suite of erosion‑control measures.
