Sources Sought Notice for Fabry Perot Resonators and Microwave Components

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is conducting market research to identify potential sources of commercial products/services that can provide Fabry Perot resonators and microwave components. The required equipment includes D-band waveguide Fabry Perot, G-band Fabry Perot, J-band Fabry Perot, Coaxial Fabry Perot, and other related components. The objective is to enable traceable complex permittivity to 330 GHz and provide known permittivity measurements for on-wafer traceability for S-parameters, Power, and Phase. • The equipment must include a 3-year extender warranty with maintenance. • The equipment should be able to meet the objectives described in the BACKGROUND section of the notice. • Companies responding to this notice should provide information about their products, including manufacturer name, model number, technical specifications, and performance capabilities. • Companies should also describe any services available with the purchase of the equipment, such as installation, training, and equipment maintenance.
