The City of Baton Rouge / East Baton Rouge Parish is soliciting sealed bids for an annual contract to provide drain cleaning and grease‑trap cleaning services throughout the parish. The contract will be a firm‑price, one‑year agreement with the possibility of one or two one‑year extensions. Vendors must be pre‑registered in the city’s Vendor Self‑Service system, supply proof of licensing, insurance, and submit all required certifications. Bids are due by 11:00 AM CT on 24 September 2026 and must be delivered in person; electronic or faxed submissions are not accepted. The award will be made to the most responsive and responsible bidder, and the contract may be terminated with 30 days notice or for cause.
