Citrus County, Florida is seeking qualified engineering consultants to provide professional engineering design services for the widening of County Road 491 (CR491) from Pine Ridge Boulevard to north of Hampshire Boulevard. The project includes roadway capacity enhancements, safety upgrades, drainage improvements, and utility coordination and improvements. The selected consultant will be responsible for providing design services, including right of way design survey, corridor traffic analysis, geo-technical evaluations, environmental analysis, and permitting services. The consultant will also be required to coordinate with project acquisition agents and attorneys to develop project concepts and plans that minimize acquisition costs and maximize uncontested and voluntary property acquisition.
