The County seeks a qualified contractor to design, supply, and install four commercial‑size batting cages at Lenora Park Baseball Complex. The scope includes providing NOVA30 netting, padded turf, pressure‑treated‑lumber borders, concrete footings, metal framing, excavation, subgrade preparation, and full installation with warranties and required insurance. The work must be completed by early December 2026 and includes a one‑year warranty on labor and materials.
• Four 65 ft × 14 ft × 12 ft batting cages with netting, padding, and turf.
• Custom metal framing, pressure‑treated‑lumber borders (6″ × 12″), concrete footings (12″ × 36″, 3,500 psi).
• Site preparation, excavation, subgrade compaction, and temporary traffic control.
• Required insurance (minimum $2 M CGL) and compliance with E‑Verify and OSHA standards.
