The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) intends to award a sole source supply contract for LifePulse High-Frequency Jet Ventilator Model 204 for use at the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Naval Medical Center San Diego. The objective is to procure replacement units for High-Frequency Jet Ventilators that have reached their end-of-life cycle. The contract includes all necessary equipment and accessories needed to maintain operations and direct patient care at the NICU. Bunnell Incorporated is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for this requirement. • The contract includes the procurement of LifePulse High-Frequency Jet Ventilator Model 204 and other necessary equipment and accessories. • The contractor will provide factory-based training for Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET). • The contract has a 2-year service agreement and extended warranty. • The delivery time is 8 weeks after receipt of order.
