Description

The State of Alabama is seeking a vendor to supply and install a single 75‑inch Samsung QET television at a Montgomery government facility, along with a 100‑foot HDMI cable. The existing wall mount will be used, so the vendor’s scope is limited to delivering the TV, providing on‑site mounting services, and supplying the cable. The work must be completed at the address 64 N Union St., Montgomery, AL 36130 before the bid closing date. • Supply one 75‑in. Samsung QET TV (including warranty). • Provide on‑site installation service to mount the TV to an existing wall mount. • Deliver a 100‑ft HDMI cable to the installation site. • All quotes must be submitted electronically via Alabama Buys by 5:00 PM CST on 2 Feb 2026.

Budget estimate

$2,500 – $5,000

Based on typical market pricing, a 75‑inch Samsung QET TV runs roughly $2,000‑$3,000, a professional mounting service costs $500‑$1,000, and a 100‑ft HDMI cable is about $100‑$200. Adding taxes (which the State is exempt from) and any modest freight, the total contract value is likely in the $2,600‑$4,200 range. Therefore a reasonable estimate for the vendor’s earnings is between $2,500 and $5,000, allowing for price variation among vendors and any additional accessories or labor contingencies.
