NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE ITRON, INC.

The Collier County Procurement Services Division intends to designate Itron, Inc. as a single source for the provision of Fixed Network Software and Itron Total AMI - Itron Analytics Software, including supporting equipment and maintenance, as part of the FGUA acquisition. The single source designation is intended to be from 7/10/2026 to 7/09/2031. • The software is required to read AMI meters and bill new customers of Golden Gate City. • United Systems and Software, Inc. is Itron's designated representative for parts, repairs, and software support on site. • Respondents who disagree with the proposed single source designation must provide written explanation or documentation showing that there are other qualified sources for the identified services.
