High School and Public Safety Building Fuel Tanks Replacement

City and Borough of Wrangell, Alaska NOTICE INVITING BIDS HIGH SCHOOL and PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING FUEL TANKS REPLACEMENT Notice is hereby given that the City and Borough of Wrangell, Alaska will receive sealed bids for the construction of the HIGH SCHOOL and PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING FUEL TANKS REPLACEMENT project. The WORK generally includes mobilization; selective demolition; relocation and installation of above-ground, fuel-oil storage tanks; installation of fuel-oil day tanks, pumps, piping, controls, and electrical systems; construction of concrete housekeeping pads; fencing and protective bollards; excavation, backfill, and surface restoration; system testing and commissioning; and other improvements as identified in the project documents. The Engineer’s Estimate for all work is approximately $400,000. Sealed bids will be received by the City and Borough of Wrangell, Post Office Box 531, Wrangell, Alaska 99929, located at the Borough Clerk’s Office, 205 Brueger Street, Wrangell, Alaska 99929, or by email sent to: [email protected], until 2:00 PM prevailing time on February 3, 2026, at which time they shall be opened and read aloud. Opening date and time may be changed to a later date or time via Addendum. Clearly identify the name of the Sealed Bid Project on the outside of the envelope or in the email subject line.
