IFB - Diesel Fire Pump Repair

The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is seeking bids for the repair and annual service of a diesel fire pump engine. The contractor will be responsible for providing all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees necessary to complete the work. The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of an inoperable circuit board and solenoid with new parts, as well as the completion of a required flow test and annual service. • The contractor must have a valid C-10 Electrical license and a valid C-16 Fire Protection license issued by the California Contractor's State Licensing Board (CSLB). • The contractor must also have a valid Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) registration. • The bid must include all required documents, including a bid/bidder certification sheet, a rate sheet, and a non-collusion declaration for public works. • The bid must be submitted electronically, and the subject line must include the contract number, project title, bid due date and time, and contractor business name.
