Delaware’s Department of Transportation is seeking qualified firms to provide a broad suite of professional engineering and design services for transportation projects across the state. The solicitation is an IDIQ contract that can award up to eight separate task‑order agreements over a five‑year period, each with a maximum ceiling of $30 million. Services include highway and bridge design, topographic and geotechnical surveys, NEPA documentation, traffic‑management plans, GIS, environmental compliance, and related project‑management functions.
