The Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA), LLC is seeking a quotation for a Multipurpose Leak Detector. The detector should have a 100/110 V power supply, a US mains cable, and a configurable I/O interface board. The quotation should include the origin of manufacture, unique employee identifier (UEI), and published price list. The supplier should also provide a System for Award Management (SAM) registration and follow the terms and conditions outlined in the purchase order. The purchase order will be a firm fixed price type contract. • The supplier should provide a quality system certified or registered to the ISO 9001 standard. • The supplier should comply with the supplier quality assurance requirements outlined in BNL-QA-101. • The supplier should provide a certificate of conformance for used industrial equipment. • The supplier should comply with the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) Hazard Communication Standard.
