The project involves the design‑build construction of two illuminated, two‑court basketball facilities at Lenora Park in Snellville, GA, including comprehensive site preparation, concrete work, lighting, fencing, utility installations, and landscaping.
• Build two lighted basketball courts with surfacing, ball‑return systems, and LED lighting.
• Provide site grading, retaining wall, chain‑link fencing, storm‑water management, new water line and electrical service, and full landscaping (planting, irrigation).
• Meet bonding and insurance requirements: 5 % bid bond, 100 % performance/payment bonds, A‑8+ rating; self‑perform at least 20 % of the work.
