Description
The City of Albany is seeking competitive sealed bids for the purchase of utility wire for materials management. The bid includes the purchase of 40,000 feet of aluminum wire, 1/0, 15KV, tripleplex, with a thickness of either 175mil or 220mil. The bid should include a statement of warranty and the prices should be firm for one year. The delivery time for the requested units should be submitted with the bid.
• The bid should be submitted in a sealed envelope and should include all required information and documents.
• The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to award the contract as may be in the best interest of the City.
• The successful bidder shall secure all permits, licenses, and certificates required for the project.
• The contract may be cancelled by the City with or without cause with 30-day written notice.
