Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease office space in Mobile, AL. The required space is approximately 21,780 square feet, with 57 on-site secured and reserved parking spaces. The lease term is 15 years, with a firm term of 10 years. The space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. Interested parties should submit an expression of interest, including information about the building, such as the name of the owner, property authorization letter, address, age of the building, and total gross square feet.
• The space should be located in a modern quality building with a facade of stone, marble, brick, stainless steel, aluminum, or other permanent materials in good condition.
• The space should allow for an efficient layout and office workflow, with few or no columns or other building or architectural obstructions.
• The space should have large open areas to allow maximum design flexibility.
• The space must meet Government requirements for Security Standard Level II.
• A fully serviced lease is required.
• Normal hours of operation are 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and the space must be accessible 24/7.
