Description
The National Weather Service (NWS) is seeking a contractor to provide landscaping services at their office in Santa Teresa, NM. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the grounds, including manicured areas, native grass areas, and natural desert areas. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price purchase order awarded to the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for an award. The contractor will need to provide proof of current New Mexico pesticide/herbicide certification for all personnel handling chemicals.
