Description
The Department of Motor Vehicles is seeking a contractor to provide interior and exterior painting services for the Thousand Oaks DMV field office. The scope of work includes painting the entire interior and exterior of the building, replacing cove base, trim, corner guard, and wainscotting, and refinishing interior doors. The contractor must possess a valid C-33 contractor license and comply with prevailing wage requirements. The contract term is 19 months, with a proposed start date of December 1, 2025.
• The contractor must provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform the work.
• The contractor must comply with the Unruh Civil Rights Act and the Fair Employment and Housing Act.
• The contractor must provide proof of workers' compensation insurance and commercial general liability insurance.
• The contractor must submit a Bid/Bidder Certification Sheet and a Bidder Declaration & Subcontractor/Supplier List.
• The contractor must comply with the DVBE participation requirements, if applicable.
