Articulated/Telescopic Bucket, Truck Mounted, 42 FT Working Height

The Mississippi Department of Transportation is seeking bids for the purchase of an Articulated/Telescopic Bucket, Truck Mounted, 42 FT Working Height. The contract period shall be Commission Approval through November 30, 2026. The contract may be extended for up to twelve months at one time, upon written acceptance of both parties. The total amount of extensions will be four, and the contract shall not exceed sixty months. • The bidder must submit a sealed competitive bid, which must include all required documentation, including the "NOTICE AND INSTRUCTIONS", "PROPOSAL", and "SPECIFICATIONS". • The bidder must also provide detailed literature to prove compliance with the specifications. • The Mississippi Department of Transportation reserves the right to reject any bid that does not meet the intent of the RFX proposal or does not appear to have been manufactured with materials or labor workmanship to produce an acceptable standard of quality. • The award will be made based on the lowest bid submitted meeting the Mississippi Department of Transportation specifications and bid requirements.
