The County is seeking a qualified contractor to design and construct a new public river‑access facility at Bud’s Landing in Spring Lake Park Reserve. The scope includes multiple pedestrian and vehicular access paths, an ADA‑compliant floating pier, a non‑motorized boat launch, parking areas, stormwater treatment features, signage, picnic amenities, and an outdoor classroom. The project must comply with prevailing‑wage rules and be substantially completed by 12 Nov 2026.
• Construct accessible pedestrian trail and vehicular access road to river landing.
• Install floating pier, boat launch, parking pads, wayfinding signage, picnic tables, portable toilets, and stormwater treatment structures.
• Provide all required labor‑, material‑, performance‑, and payment‑bonds (5 % bid bond, 100 % performance/payment bonds).
• Meet ADA, environmental, and local building code requirements within a $2 M budget.
