Mississippi River, Baton Rouge to Gulf, Southwest Pass Hopper Dredge Contract No. 8-2026 (OM26008)

The US Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District, is soliciting bids for a hopper dredge contract to perform dredging work in the Mississippi River and Southwest Pass. The contract requires the furnishing of one fully crewed and equipped self-propelled trailing suction type hopper dredge. The work will be performed in the Mississippi River and Southwest Pass and possibly in other areas inside and outside of the New Orleans District. The magnitude of construction for this project is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. • The contractor must provide a fully crewed and equipped hopper dredge with a trailing suction system. • The dredge must be capable of performing dredging work in the Mississippi River and Southwest Pass. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards. • The contract requires the contractor to provide performance and payment bonds. • The contractor must submit a bid package that includes all required documents and information.
