Description
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) invites prospective bidders to review and respond to the attached Invitation for Bids (IFB) Number 25C620004 entitled, “CHP Winterhaven Area Office and Sidewinder Platform Scales – Protective Clothing & Operational Supplies Rental Services”. The scope of work includes providing protective clothing and operational supplies rental services to the CHP. The agreement term is anticipated to be effective from June 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029. The bidder must have at least three consecutive years of experience in managing and operating a company that provides protective clothing and operational supplies services.
• The bidder must certify their willingness to comply with all terms and conditions addressed in the IFB.
• The bidder must have a past record of sound business integrity and history of being responsive to past contractual obligations.
• The successful bidder and all personnel assigned to the contract will be subject to a driver license check before access to a CHP facility is authorized.
• The bidder must submit a complete bid package, including all required attachments and documentation, by the bid due date.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to safety precautions and electronic waste recycling.
