New Tennis Courts and Concessions/Restroom Building for Gordon Lee High School

The Chickamauga City Board of Education is requesting proposals for the construction of new tennis courts and a concessions/restroom building for Gordon Lee High School. The proposed budget is $2,750,000.00. The project includes the construction of new tennis courts and a concessions/restroom building. The selected firm will be required to assume total responsibility for all services offered in their proposal. The firm shall provide the school system with the required bonds and insurance. • The project requires a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on March 18, 2026, at 10:00 AM. • The proposal must include a cover letter, overview, financial information, project approach, and other relevant information. • The evaluation criteria include firm history and capability, current workload, project personnel qualifications, project schedule, and bid. • The low bidder will receive the most points, 50 points, and the total possible points will be multiplied by the ratio of the low bid to each ascending bid to get each bidder's score for this category.
