High Band Mission Application Software

The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide development, modernization, integration, fielding, cybersecurity, and sustainment activities for the High Band Mission Application Software (HBMAS) products and services. The main objective of this effort is to meet AF DCGS/Operational Requirements Document (ORD) requirements and maintain compliance with the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Architecture Framework and the Joint Technical Architecture guidance. The scope of work includes: • Development and modernization of HBMAS products and services • Integration and fielding of HBMAS products and services • Cybersecurity and sustainment activities for HBMAS products and services • Support for other DCGS ground and air elements as directed • Collection, correlation of data, collaboration, and dissemination of signals of interest and imagery intelligence from airborne, ground, and other systems.
