The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, Bureau of Facility Security and Safety Operations, is issuing an Invitation for Bid to procure three brand‑new, enclosed mobile trailers for use at three State Correctional Institution (SCI) locations. The solicitation requires delivery, setup, and all associated labor, materials, tools, insurance, and transportation (FOB destination). Detailed specifications are provided, including a 24‑ft length, 8‑ft width, GVWR ~7,000 lb, Dexter torsion axles, LED lighting, HVAC, and optional blackout trim and ramp door packages.
