Description
The Plymouth Housing Authority is seeking bids for interior painting services. The project consists of preparing and painting interior hallways. The work is estimated to cost $30,000.00. Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 6, 2025. The job site and existing building will be available for inspection by appointment only.
• The project is subject to M.G.L. c.149 ss44A (2)(B) and state prevailing wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 ss26 to 27H inclusive.
• Written quotes may be hand-delivered, mailed, or emailed to [email protected].
• Contract-bidding documents will be available at 130 Court St., Plymouth, MA 02360 or by emailing Greg McGowan at [email protected].
• Contractors requesting contract documents to be mailed to them shall include a separate check for $15.00 per set, payable to the Awarding Authority, to cover mail handling costs.
