Purchase of Engine Mod Kits

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking to purchase engine mod kits from the original equipment manufacturer, Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation. The USCG intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under a Basic Ordering Agreement.
