Description
The Montgomery Central Appraisal District is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a computer technology solution for the processing of residential homestead exemption applications. The solution should include an electronic pre-approval system and a mobile application for submitting applications and tracking status. The vendor should have experience in government or public sector technology solutions, property tax or appraisal district systems, and data security standards and compliance requirements. The contract term will be two fiscal years, and the District may terminate the contract for cause with 30 days' written notice.
