The City of Asheville is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive downtown cleaning services, including daily sidewalk debris removal, periodic pressure‑washing of sidewalks and public plazas, weed control, waste‑receptacle cleaning, and on‑demand “hot‑spot” litter pickup.
