The Calcasieu Parish Police Jury is seeking suppliers to provide ready‑mix concrete (Portland‑cement concrete, both Class R 1,800 psi and Class M 3,000 psi) with and without reinforcing fiber, as well as excavatable and non‑excavatable flowable‑fill materials. Bidders must submit unit prices per cubic yard for each material/grade across three delivery zones within the Parish, with all delivery costs included. The contract will be firm‑priced for a six‑month period (Oct 1 2026‑Mar 31 2027) and may be extended up to a total of five years. Compliance with Louisiana DOTD 2016 specifications, provision of a certified mix design on request, and submission of required certifications (occupational license, insurance, firearm‑entity non‑discrimination) are mandatory. • Supply of Class R (1,800 psi) and Class M (3,000 psi) concrete, both with and without ≥ 1 lb/yd³ reinforcing fiber. • Supply of excavatable flowable fill (90‑125 psi) and non‑excavatable flowable fill (1,000‑1,500 psi). • Unit‑price bidding per cubic yard, FOB destination, covering all delivery, freight, and handling charges. • Mandatory certifications: occupational license, insurance, fire‑arm non‑discrimination, and optional 10 % Louisiana‑product preference.
