Description
Austin Peay State University is seeking on‑call electrical contractors to provide maintenance, repair, installation, and troubleshooting services across the campus on an indefinite‑delivery, indefinite‑quantity basis. The scope includes installation or relocation of receptacles and lighting fixtures, new panelboard installations, routine preventive maintenance, emergency response, and small‑scale projects consistent with licensed electrical work. Work is performed during normal business hours unless prior approval is obtained for after‑hours service, with defined labor rate multipliers for evenings, weekends, and holidays. The contractor must supply materials at cost plus an approved markup, itemize travel charges (default 12 round‑trip trips), and may use pre‑approved subcontractors while retaining full responsibility. APSU may award multiple contracts and extend the one‑year base term up to four additional years based on performance.
