RFQ033802 - Roadway - N Knot - 315 at Lane Avenue

The City of Columbus Public Service Department is seeking a professional consulting firm to design and manage a major roadway interchange improvement along Lane Avenue and State Route 315. The project will redesign the interchange into a modified diamond configuration, replace and lengthen the SR315 bridge over Lane Avenue as well as the CSX railroad bridge, add pedestrian and bicycle facilities, upgrade lighting, and implement comprehensive stormwater quality and quantity controls. The consultant will be responsible for project planning, design, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and overseeing construction phases. • Redesign of Lane Avenue/SR315 interchange to a modified diamond layout • Replacement and extension of two bridges (SR315 over Lane Ave and CSX railroad bridge) • Installation of pedestrian/bicycle pathways, new lighting, landscaping, and storm‑water controls • Requirement to attend a scope meeting shortly after proposal submission and to be contract‑compliant with city vendor registration.
