Description
The State of Maryland is seeking a contractor to provide help desk, application, and system support services. The contractor will be required to provide support for 24 locations throughout Maryland, with the option for remote work as long as the contractor has safe and reliable equipment. The contractor will need to provide 6 key personnel, including 3 senior computer programmers, 2 senior network engineers, and 1 help desk specialist. The services will include ongoing support and maintenance of the state's systems and applications. Key aspects of the job include:
