The City of Coronado is seeking a qualified contractor to install a 1,100‑ft 48‑in high “Design Master, Florence” fence, five single‑swing and two double‑swing gates, a 10‑in wide concrete mowing strip, relocate irrigation lines and sprinkler heads, replace disturbed sod, and install stabilized decomposed granite at the Coronado Cays Dog Park. The project must be completed within a tight 20‑working‑day construction window after issuance of a Notice to Proceed, with a 10 % bid bond, performance and payment bonds equal to 100 % of the contract price, and compliance with prevailing‑wage, licensing, insurance, and safety requirements. • Install owner‑furnished fence panels and gate assemblies with concrete footings and a new concrete mowing strip. • Relocate 56 sprinkler heads and associated irrigation lines, replace affected turf (Platinum TE Paspalum or approved equivalent), and place stabilized decomposed granite in gate approaches. • Provide all required bonds (10 % bid bond, 100 % performance and payment bonds), insurance (CGL $2 M/$4 M, auto $1 M/$2 M, workers’ comp), and maintain prevailing‑wage certifications; adhere to noise curfew, traffic‑control, BMP storm‑water, and safety plans.
