Budget estimate

$150,000 – $300,000

The solicitation does not disclose a total contract value. Based on typical commercial school interior remediation costs—roughly $100–$150 per square foot for demolition, drywall, base, and paint—and assuming a first‑floor area of about 1,500 sq ft, the project could range from $150,000 to $300,000. This estimate also accounts for bonding, insurance, and MWBE compliance overhead.
