Description
The United States Air Force seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM) services at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia. The contract is a 100 % small‑business set‑aside (NAICS 562111) and will be awarded on a firm‑fixed‑price basis. The base period is 12 months with up to four one‑year option extensions (total potential performance of 5 years). The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, vehicles, supervision, and materials required to execute the following tasks:
• Municipal solid waste collection (12‑month base period, option years 1‑5)
• Recycling collection (12‑month base period, option years 1‑5)
• Unscheduled item pick‑up and special events support (12‑month base period, option years 1‑5)
• Construction & demolition debris/bulk waste placement and pick‑up (12‑month base period, option years 1‑5)
• Landfill tipping fees administration (12‑month base period, option years 1‑5)
• Additional pick‑ups as required (12‑month base period, option years 1‑5)
• Container relocations (12‑month base period, option years 1‑5)
All work must comply with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and be performed at the Dobbins ARB site (1538 Atlantic Ave, GA 30069). Offerors must be registered in SAM and WAWF, and must attend a mandatory site visit on 11 Aug 2026 to obtain base access. Quotations are due electronically by 25 Aug 2026 (2:00 PM EST). The award will be made to the lowest responsive/responsible price.
