Expression of Interest HESFP Facility Construction

The PanTexas Deterrence, LLC (PXD) is seeking interested vendors to contract for the construction of a new High Explosive, Synthesis, Formulation, and Production (HESFP) facility at the Pantex Plant in Amarillo, Texas. The project includes multiple phases and services, such as site preparation, utility work, and construction of main facilities. The selected entity will be required to organize and perform integrated planning and development meetings to gather the necessary inputs to develop a master plan and implementation plans. Key areas of expertise required include DOE 413 project experience, process engineering, and mechanical/building control system integration. • The project scope includes clearing and grubbing, earthwork, siting of building locations, and utilities from the demarcation points • The project requires expertise in specialized areas such as process equipment purchasing and installation, commissioning, and self-consolidate concrete construction • The selected entity will be required to provide general qualifications, licenses, and certifications, as well as reference to successfully completed projects • The project is expected to be performed in a production facility with interactive electronic procedures
