Description
This solicitation is a Small‑Business Minor B price‑quote package for the rehabilitation of culverts on a 3‑mile segment of State Highway 395 in Lassen County (post‑miles 40.4‑43.5). The contractor must be a certified small business, hold a Class A or appropriate Class C license, and complete the work within 20 working days after award. The scope includes excavation, back‑fill, installation of steel and plastic culverts, drainage inlets, temporary traffic‑control devices, asphalt and concrete placement, rock‑slope protection, and associated environmental and safety compliance documentation. Bids must be submitted by email no later than 2:15 p.m. on 20 April 2026; any bid exceeding $484,000 will be rejected.
