The Saugus Union School District is seeking a qualified general contractor to expand the District Support Center parking lot and construct an Owner‑Furnished‑Equipment (OFCI) building pad. The work includes site grading, storm‑drain collection, new paving (asphalt with a concrete alternate), landscaping, fencing, gate installation, solar‑light relocation, conduit for future EV chargers, and full electrical installation for the OFCI building. All work must comply with City of Santa Clarita codes, prevailing‑wage requirements, and state storm‑water regulations. • Grading, storm‑drain, and paving (asphalt or concrete alternate) for roughly 1 acre of new parking area. • Installation of perimeter fencing, motor‑driven gate with vehicle sensor, and relocation of solar lighting. • Construction of a concrete pad and electrical service for an Owner‑Furnished‑Equipment building, including conduit for four EV‑charging stations. • Landscape planting, tree protection, and compliance with SWPPP and recycling requirements.
