The State of California’s Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is seeking quotations for two material‑only product families: Armorlite‑type MC THHN/THWN #12 AWG cable (40 rolls of 1,000 ft each) and matching PVC‑jacketed cable connectors (approximately 3,640 units). Bidders must submit separate pricing for recycled‑content (“A”) and non‑recycled (“B”) versions of each item, include all freight prepaid, and meet a 45‑day delivery window after award. Small‑business, DVBE, and subcontractor preferences may provide up to a 5 % price reduction, and all mandatory certifications (DARFUR, CalRecycle 74, GenAI reporting, etc.) must be filed by the bid deadline. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bid, either on an all‑or‑none basis or per‑line‑item.
