Cleaning and Washing of District Buildings

The St. Johns River Water Management District is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide window and exterior cleaning services, including windows, gutters, downspouts, sidewalks, and walkways at various District locations. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, supplies, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to provide cleaning services. The contract term will be effective through September 30, 2028. • The contractor will perform quarterly, annual, and one-time cleaning services at the District's main headquarters campus and other service centers. • The contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance and comply with the District's insurance requirements. • The contractor will be responsible for correcting any defects in the workmanship or materials within 12 months after the District's acceptance of the work. • The District reserves the right to determine whether a project is similar in size and scope to the work described in the solicitation. • The contractor will be required to provide at least three unique projects, similar in size and scope to the work described in the solicitation, that the contractor has successfully completed within the last eight years.
