Supervisor Development Program

Central Carolina Community College is seeking a qualified vendor to develop and deliver a comprehensive Supervisor Development Program. The program will standardize leadership competencies across all College levels, specifically mapping content to the SHRM People Manager Qualification (PMQ) framework. The selected vendor will be responsible for creating a curriculum, providing a "Curriculum Crosswalk" to demonstrate framework alignment, and delivering a program that provides a clear pathway to SHRM PMQ or an equivalent credential. Key deliverables include a customization methodology for CCCC-specific integration and an initial phase evaluation report. • The program will serve 124 supervisors across seven cohorts, including Executive Leadership, Deans, Department Chairs, and four Director and Supervisor cohorts. • The vendor will be responsible for customizing the curriculum to reflect community college policies and delivering a program that provides a clear pathway to SHRM PMQ or an equivalent credential. • The contract term will be for one year, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms. • The vendor will be required to provide periodic status reports, including information on work accomplished, deliverables, metrics, and evaluations. • The vendor will be required to provide transition assistance to the College if the contract is not renewed or is canceled.
