Description
The Savannah Airport Commission is seeking qualified vendors to provide quotes for the procurement and delivery of two (2) new diesel-powered, towable portable air compressors. The compressors must meet or exceed the minimum performance, safety, and functional requirements specified in the RFQ. Key requirements include a diesel engine, electric start, engine shutdown protection, fuel tank sized for continuous operation, rotary screw type compressor, and a minimum of 110-150 CFM air flow. The compressors must also be of the latest models, and all standard equipment normally furnished with such models must be included. Vendors must provide a copy of the specifications for all proposed equipment, and the successful bidder will have parts and service support capabilities available in the Savannah, Georgia area.
• The compressors must be American-made with a local dealer support within 50 miles of the Savannah Airport Commission.
• The compressors must have a minimum 12-month comprehensive warranty.
• The vendor must provide onsite startup and operating training.
• The vendor must provide a factory-recommended preventative maintenance schedule.
• The compressors must be delivered to the specified shipping address, 640 Gulfstream Road, Savannah, GA 31408.
• The vendor must provide a pricing sheet with itemized pricing, including shipping, handling, and delivery costs.
• The vendor must provide a specifications/requirements confirmation form, initialing each requirement/specification included.
